At Mesfin Shumet Gemstone and Minerals Exporter (ETGemstone), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All gemstones are carefully inspected, accurately described, and securely packaged before shipment.
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
To initiate a return, contact us before sending any item back. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
For an approved return that is not due to our error (for example, you changed your mind, or the stone matches our description and photos), you are responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and any customs fees on the return shipment, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
If the return is because of our mistake (wrong item, major misdescription, or damage clearly caused before delivery), we will work with you on the return method; when we confirm fault on our side, we will either provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping, or arrange another solution we both accept.
Items that are returned without prior approval, or that have been altered or damaged by the buyer, are not eligible for a refund. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. See also our Shipping Policy.
