This Shipping Policy describes how Mesfin Shumet Gemstone and Minerals Exporter (ETGemstone) prepares and ships orders. For returns, see our Refund Policy.
All shipments are sent from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific order.
After we confirm your payment (or payment arrangement) and finalize the order, we typically pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Custom inspections, certificates, or special packaging may add time; we will tell you if that applies.
We ship worldwide using reputable international couriers (for example express courier services) or, when agreed, insured freight. Transit time is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier, service level, destination, and customs processing.
As a general guide only (not a promise):
We will share tracking information when the carrier provides it. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or local holidays are outside our control.
Shipping fees depend on destination, value, weight, insurance, and service level. We quote shipping separately (or include it in a single total) before you complete payment, so you know the full amount in advance.
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees are usually the buyer's responsibility under the laws of the destination country. If you are unsure, check with your local customs authority before ordering.
